The 76th BYGCC AGM will be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 29th October 2025 in the club pavilion.

Nominations for club officers, seconders, voting for positions can only be accepted from fully paid up members

Any proposals for inclusion in the agenda should be submitted to Marcus de Guingand, the club secretary.
